Educated in Taiwan, London, and Los Angeles and worked as an industrial designer in the homeware and furniture industry. I bring to my design an international perspective and an awareness of context and culture. My work combines a background in industrial and homeware design with skills in communication and experience design. My approach aims to inspire an emotional response through form and materials; use multiple media to reinvent familiar things and convey new meanings; and apply inter-field methods to create interactive experiences evoking thought and conversation. I ask questions and seek logical connections and solutions at every stage of design: research, conceptualization, and visualization.
